Our remote pilots are trained and experienced to fly for commercial real estate marketing. All of our pilots credentials and abilities are tested for professionalism and quality. We are licensed through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to fly for commercial use.

Aerial missions are flown only within the guidance authorized by the FAA safety rules and regulations. LAANC authorization is requested from the nearest air traffic control tower when needed by the Remote Pilot. 

Customer have three options to collect their file data. 

1. Receive a link via e-mail to download files.
2. In person delivery. All data can transferred to your device in person. 
3. Have data shipped on portable USB drive.

*Be aware that for options 2 and 3, there is an additional service fee associated.

Yes, you can cancel at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment for no charge and any deposits will be refunded. The initial deposit is no longer refundable once the service appointment is less than 1 hour away. All funds paid become final once the on location work has completed. However we do strive to accommodate our clients if it is possible to do so.
